Technical Features
1. Double sides design saves installation space and benefits from its high output with low investment.
2. All drive motors equipped with frequency inverter for stepless speed regulation. Low power consumption design has total installed power of 26KW for a machine with 72 spindles It equals combination of two single side machine and has all advantages of GV800. When the production speed is 550m/min, the actual operation power consumption of complete machine is only 10KW.
3. Multiple human based designs
    1) Unique straight downward yarn path, easy approach and operation.
 

 2) Moveable yarn creel for easy threading up and yarn tails splicing.
    3) High intelligent design of micro PC touch-screen for easier setting and display of process parameters.
    4) Big size digital displayer for clear indication of yarn break or full package of each spindle enables the operator to handle timely and increase the production efficiency.
    5) Function of automatic accumulation of daily actual production output enables to check the actual production output of each shift or every day.
4. Unique design of 3 groups of drawing rollers which can individually adjust the interlacing tension.

5. Package built up by bi-conical high speed precision winding, edge shape mechanically compensated against edge convex and overlap, adjustable winding tension, package with even density, to ensure excellent package shape, even unwinding tension and well performance in the downstream process.
